What is Dixie's Return Policy?

Dixie's Charms & More guarantees every item we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, just return it in new condition with proof of purchase within 30 days for a refund, exchange, or store credit. We issue store credit only without a receipt.

(Note: Custom orders are non-returnable.)

For returns, exchanges, and repairs please return your merchandise using UPS, FedEx or U.S. Mail.
Shipping charges or a restocking fee may issused to process your return order.

What is Dixie's Privacy Policy?

Privacy Policy , dixiesonline.com, certifies that we will never sell, rent, or lease your details, or your client details (name, address, email etc...) to any other third party.
