We offer a 30-day Limited Warranty to ensure that you're fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to make a return, simply bring the item back in its original, unused condition along with your receipt within 30 days for an exchange or store credit.

While we strive to accommodate all our customers, please note that custom orders and sale items are non-returnable.

Policy on Permanent Jewelry for Children Under 14

Purpose: To ensure the safety and well-being of children under 14, we do not allow the welding of permanent jewelry on minors.

 Policy: We do not provide permanent jewelry for children under 14 years old. This is because:

  •  Growth: As children grow, the bracelet may become too small, causing discomfort or skin irritation.
  • Durability: Children’s activities and rough play can cause the jewelry to break or get damaged, posing a safety risk.

 Age Verification: We will verify the age of anyone under 18 to ensure compliance with this policy.
